Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Bring 1-1/3 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add Fortune Rice Noodles and soup base. 3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Serve immediately. Microwave: 1. In a microwaveable bowl, add Fortune Rice Noodles and soup base to 1-1/3 cups of water. 2. Place in microwave, covering the top of the bowl with kitchen wrap. 3. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Caution: Contents are hot after microwaving. Carefully remove kitchen wrap. Get Creative... Garnish with ingredients from your refrigerator to create a personalized meal! Ideas include meat, vegetables, tofu, Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos, hoisin sauce, hot sauce, and/or a squeeze of lime. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
