Preparation Instructions: Servings: 1: Water or Milk: 1-1/2 cups; Oats: 1/4 cup. 4 : Water or Milk: 4 cups; Oats: 1 cup. 11: Water or Milk: 7 cups; Oats: 2-3/4 cup. 21: Water or Milk: 14 cups; Oats: 5-1/4 cup. 1. Bring water or milk to a boil in a heavy saucepan. 2. Stir in oats, reduce heat to low. 3. Simmer incovered ove low heat, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until oats are of desired texture. 4. Transfer to steamable pan and cover. Hold on steamable on medium (#5 setting) up to 1 hour. Stir before serving.
