Instructions for preparing Quaker Oatmeal 3 Minutes: In microwave oven: (1) In a deep, non-metallic container mix all the ingredients and stir well. (2) Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on high or until you get the desired consistency. (3) Mix very well before serving. In Stove: In a bowl boil the water with salt and sugar. (2) Once bit boils add the oatmeal. (3) Cook over low heat for 3 minutes mixing occasionally. (4) Serve. Amount per serving (for 1 person): 1/4 cup Quaker Oatmeal. 3 Minutes = 45g; 1 Cup of water = 240ml; 1 Pinch of salt. Sugar to taste.
