Directions

Directions for best results: 1. Vacuum thoroughly to remove loose dirt. 2. Shake bottle well before using. 3. Pre-treat tough stains with Resolve® Triple Oxi Advanced® carpet cleaner. 4. For home owned and rental machines, recommended use is to fill cap between lines 3 and 4, or 2.3 fl oz. with Resolve® steam concentrate fluid per gallon of hot tap water. Note: the water chamber in many leading machines holds one gallon of water. 5. Deep clean carpet and upholstery following machine user's guide. 6. Allow carpet to dry thoroughly before using area. Resolve® steam concentrate is safe to use on wool, nylon and stain-resistant carpet. Before cleaning: test a hidden section of carpet for colorfastness. *Resolve® steam concentrate was tested by independent laboratories for machine safety in leading current full size upright and canister steam machine cleaner models and hand-held machines. Use Resolve® steam concentrate as directed, and follow all usage directions in machine user's guide. Not responsible for damages resulting from use of product with improperly maintained machines or from misuse. Note that certain stains may cause permanent discoloration even after cleaning.
