Directions for Use: 1. Soak: Soak Cedar plank in water for an hour before grilling. 2. Heat: Heat grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit then place the soaked plank onto the grill grate and close the cover. Heat for 3 minutes then turn over the plank. 3. Smoke: Place food on top of the heated plank, close the cover, and allow to cook until the desired level of smoke and doneness is achieved. 4. Eat: Remove food from plank and enjoy the super moist and rich natural flavor. Disposal: Do not throw away planks until completely cooled down. Dispose of in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Wash hands after contact. Storage & Handling: Store in a cool dry place away from heat and open flames.
