Planted in the 1960s, this site was selected for its incredible soils, its unique sub climate & for its ability to produce truly unique varietal wines that are reflective of the region. This varietal Cabernet has a nose of lifted violets. black currants and plums, and a pronounced palate of black cherries and mulberries with star anise.
