Old El Paso Mexican Cooking Sauce Chipotle Medium

For Chicken Fajitas. You will need. 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 8 Old El Paso® Flour Tortillas (6 inch). If desired: sauteed sliced bell peppers & onions, sour cream. 1. Cut chicken into thin strips, 1 1/2 x 1/4 inch. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add chicken to hot oil; cook about 5 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned. 2. Carefully pour entire pouch of chipotle cooking sauce into skillet with chicken; stir. Heat to boiling. 3. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 2 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center (165 degrees F) and sauce is desired thickness. 4. Serve in tortillas topped with bell peppers, onions and sour cream. Enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers. To experience the flavors of Mexico... heat according to directions.
