Remove lid and set aside the nut packet. 2. Peel the seal off the bottom container halfway and add hot water to fill line (approx. 1/3 cup). 3. Stir. Replace seal and let stand for 2-3 minutes. 4. Stir in nuts. Enjoy! In the microwave: 1. Remove lid and set aside the nut packet. 2. Peel the seal off the bottom container. Add 1/2 cup of cold water. Stir. 3. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds. 4. Stir, let stand for 1-2 minutes; grains will continue to soften. 5. Bowl will be hot. Carefully remove from microwave. 6. Stir in nuts. Enjoy!
