Directions

Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety & quality, read and follow these cooking instructions to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. 75 minutes. Conventional oven cooking. Since ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Do not exceed 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Cut film cover to vent. 2. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Cook 65 minutes. Carefully remove cover, stir and re-cover. Continue cooking 20 minutes. 3. Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 5 minutes. Carefully remove cover. 40 minutes. Micro-bake cooking. Since microwave and conventional ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Do not exceed 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Cut film cover to vent. Place tray in microwave and cook on high 15 minutes. Carefully remove cover, stir and re-cover. 2. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Cook 15 minutes. 3. Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 5 minutes. Carefully remove cover. 30 minutes. Microwave oven cooking. Directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted. Do not cook in microwaves below 1100 watts as product may not cook thoroughly-use conventional oven preparation instead. 1. Remove tray from box. Do not remove or cut film cover. Cook on high 20 minutes. Carefully remove cover, stir and re-cover. 2. Continue cooking on high 10 minutes. After cooking, let stand in microwave 5 minutes. 3. As shown, always use potholders and both hands when removing product from microwave. Lift tray on short sides and remove carefully as product will be hot. Carefully remove cover. Hot, remove tray from microwave as shown. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Reheating of tray is not recommended.
