Carefully remove film, stir the contents and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Frozen: Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3 to 4 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film, stir the contents and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Oven: Thawed: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat for 12 to 14 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the tray and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Frozen: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat for 15 to 17 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the tray and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. Appliances and cooking times may vary. Do not heat in toaster oven. Refrigerate unused portions promptly. Keep frozen - May be refrigerated.
