Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes, or until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film and let stand for 2 minutes. Frozen: Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film and let stand for 2 minutes. Thawed: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat for 22 to 25 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the tray and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat for 32 to 35 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F.
