Heating Instructions Microwave: Frozen: Puncture plastic film several times with a fork to vent. Place on microwave safe plate in center of microwave oven and heat on High for 14 minutes. Carefully peel back film (Caution: Hot), stir contents and replace film. Rotate & heat for an additional 3 to 6 minutes or until the center of the dish reaches 165 degrees F. Caution: Use plate for support when removing hot tray from oven. Oven: Frozen: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Puncture plastic film several times with a fork to vent. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake 55 minutes, carefully pull back film, stir contents, and replace film. Continue baking for an additional 10 to 20 minutes or until the center of the dish reaches 165 degrees F. Caution: Use baking sheet for support when removing hot tray from oven. Stir thoroughly before serving. Caution: tray and contents will be hot. Appliances and cooking times may vary. Do not heat in toaster oven. Refrigerate unused portions promptly. Keep frozen.
