Directions

What you will need: 1 packet Mrs. Dash chili seasoning mix. 1 lb ground beef or turkey. 2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce or 1 can (14 1/2 oz) whole tomatoes. 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, undrained. Preparation: Brown beef or turkey; drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce or whole tomatoes, and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
