Cooking instructions: Soak bean thread noodles in warm water for about 10 min. or until they soften there they are ready to use in soups or stir-fries. Cut noodles in half or ideal length depending on recipe. For use in salads, cook the noodles in boiling water for 30 sec., rinse with cold water, and sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil to keep noodles from sticking together.
