**Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen. Air Fryer: 10-12 mins. Set air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish nuggets in a single layer. Conventional Oven: 13-15 mins. Preheat to 475 degrees F. Place frozen fish nuggets on a parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Flip fish nuggets halfway through cook time. **Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F. ** We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present. Keep frozen | Do not thaw.
