Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: always cook sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F using a meat thermometer. Gas grill: pre-heat grill. Place links on grill over medium flame for 15-20 minutes. Use tongs to turn links often until golden brown. Serve and enjoy! Pan Fry: Heat a pan to medium temperature. Add 6 tablespoons water and place links in pan. Cover the pan, continue heating for 10-12 minutes, turning the links often. Remove cover and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy! Broil: Place links on broiler rack at least 7-9 inches below heating element and broil until golden brown (about 13-15 minutes each side). Serve and enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
