Cooking Instructions: Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). If frozen, thaw product before cooking. BBQ: Cook in pre-heated lidded barbecue on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Frying Pan: Cook over medium-low heat in a non-stick fry pan for 13 to 17 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Oven: Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) in a pre-heated 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) oven for 18 to 22 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
