Suggested Directions For Use: 1. Shake well! 2. Coarse-grind meat through 1/2 inch plate with seasoning. 3. Thoroughly hand mix and add water (if desired). 4. Regrind with 1/2 inch or finer grind if desired (suggested for breakfast sausage) and package into bulk or stuff into casings. Delicious Sausage Tips & Handy Measurements: Should have at least 80/20 meat to fat ratio. 15 Pounds of Pork = 6 oz of seasoning. 10 Pounds of Pork = 4 oz of seasoning. 5 Pounds of Pork = 2 oz of seasoning. 1 Pound of Pork = 0.4 oz of seasoning.
