Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir well, Heat in 1 minute increments, stirring after each minute, until the product is hot (165 degrees F). Microwave time may vary, adjust accordingly. Stovetop: remove lid and film, place contents in sauce pan. Heat thoroughly. Do not boil.
