Directions

To make sushi rice for 4 servings, mix 4 tbsp of Rice Vinegar, 4 tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of salt, and add it to 6 cups of cooked rice (3 cups of uncooked rice). Mix well while it is hot. For Sunomono (Japanese vinegar salad), please mix condiments as below. Ni-Hai-Zu: 3 parts rice vinegar, 1 part soy sauce. San-Bai-Zu: 3 parts rice vinegar, 1 part soy sauce, 1 part sugar. Ama-Zu: 3 parts rice vinegar, 1 part sugar, salt to taste.
