Cook thoroughly. Keep refrigerated. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions to ensure product reaches 160 degrees F. Preparation: 1. Heat 6 quarts of water to boiling. Add pinch of salt. 2. Add pasta and return to a gentle boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove and drain. Toss pasta in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmigiano reggiano cheese and serve. Serving suggestions: Even better when paired with Giovanni Rana™ refrigerated sauces! Basil pesto. Alfredo sauce. Bolognese sauce.
