Preparation: Keep frozen until ready to cook-cooking instructions must be followed. Wash hands before handling foods. Microwave oven (1100 watt). 1. Remove all packaging. Place quesadillas on a microwavable plate and cover with paper towel. 2. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese has melted-microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly-internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. Individual ovens vary. These are guidelines only. Stove Top (pan-fry). 1. Preheat non-greased frying pan to medium-low. 2. Remove all packaging and place quesadillas in frying pan. 3. Cook one side for 2-3 minutes, turn over and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. 4. Repeat if necessary, until quesadillas are cooked through inside and crisp and golden brown outside. 5. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly-internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 6. After cooking, let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. Plate will be hot. Use caution when removing from microwave or oven.
