Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement: For daily maintenance: Adults and children over 12 years old take 2 capsules once daily, or 1 capsule twice daily, between meals and at least 3 to 4 hours before bedtime. For intensive use: Adults and children over 12 years old take 2 capsules twice daily, 12 hours apart, between meals and at least 3 to 4 hours before bedtime. Store in a cool, dry place.
