Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Lift the film on the bowl to slightly vent. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes. Peel back film and coat the lasagna in sauce. Place film back on the bowl and cook on high for an additional 3 minutes. Remove bowl and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Microwaves vary. Cooking times approximate. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Perishable.
