Add 1-2 squirts of concentrate in the dosing cup provided. Mix with water to your desired strength. Rinse or gargle and enjoy your fresh breath. Directions: To make your mouthwash, using the dose cup, add 1-2 squirts of concentrate and mix with clean water up to the fill mark (20 ml). Rinse or gargle for 30 seconds then spit out. Use up to 2 times per day. To Open: Remove top portion of printed sleeve at perforation. Remove dose cup, then push cap down and turn. To Close: Push down on cap, while turning, until securely tightened.
