Easy to Cook From Frozen: Oven: 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) 19-22 min. Cook covered. Let stand for 2 min before serving. Barbecue: Med-high heat 18-22 min. Wrapped in foil. Let stand for 2 min before serving. Open foil with caution. To Thaw: Remove product from all packaging and place in refrigerator overnight. Do not thaw in warm water or at room temperature. For defrosted loins, decrease cooking time by approximately half. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Caution: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Keep frozen.
