Directions

To thaw: Remove product from all packaging and place in refrigerator overnight. Do not thaw in warm water or at room temperature. Cook from thawed. Cook from thawed: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Place thawed fillets, skin-side down, in a single layer on shallow baking pan. 3. Brush with melted butter, season as desired. 4 Bake covered in centre of oven for about 14 - 16 min or until done. 5. Let stand for 2 min. Air fryer (1700 W): 1. Cook at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 - 12 min. 2. Place thawed fillets in a single layer in air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. 3. Let stand for 2 min. Barbeque: 1. Preheat barbeque to medium-high heat. 2. Brush fillets with melted butter, season as desired. 3. Wrap each thawed fillet in foil and place on grill. 4. Close lid and cook for about 4 - 6 min or until done. 5. Pierce foil package with a fork to allow steam to vent. 6. Let stand for 2 min. Use caution when opening foil pouches. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked salmon is pink and flakes with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Keep frozen until used-do not refreeze if thawed. Caution: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain.
