Directions

Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Arrange uncooked fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 3. Bake uncovered 18-22 minutes* until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 10 minutes of cooking. Microwaving is not recommended. * Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) or higher before serving. Keep frozen/uncooked.
