To Thaw: Remove product from all packaging and place in refrigerator overnight. Do not thaw in warm water or at room temperature. For defrosted fillets, decrease cooking time by approximately half. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C).
