Oven: 450 degrees F (230 degrees C): 20-25 min. Covered. Let stand for 2 min. Barbecue: Med-high heat 18-22 min. Wrapped in foil. Let stand for 2 min. Open foil with caution. To Thaw: Remove product from all packaging and place in refrigerator overnight. For defrosted loins, decrease cooking time by approximately half. Do not thaw in warm water or at room temperature. Easy to cook from frozen. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Keep frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed.
