Instructions for use: 1. With tension wheel facing you, insert teardrop-shaped end of wire into slot. 2. Pull wire across top and slide into wire groove on right side of Cheese Slicer head. Bend wire and press rectangular end of wire into slot. 3. To tighten wire, spin tension wheel toward you. Stop spinning wheel when wire fits tightly into Cheese Slicer head.
