Chang's Spicy Chicken Recipe: What you'll need; 1 pound chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces. 1/2 cup onion, cut in 1-inch pieces 1 pouch P.F. Chang's home menu spicy chicken sauce thinly sliced scallion. Cooking Instructions: 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add chicken to pan and cook until browned on first side, 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Stir in onion and continue cooking until onions are softened, 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Stir sauce into skillet and cook until thickened, 3 to 4 more minutes. Garnish with scallions. Also try with shrimp or cauliflower florets.
