Indications for Use: Intended to help relieve nasal and/or sinus congestion and stuffiness by washing and moisturizing the nasal cavity with a pressure-controlled stream of irrigant rinse. Recommended to be used with an isotonic 0.9% saline solution*, mixed with one of the following options: Navage Saltpod Capsule: Ingredients: Purified water, sodium chloride. Navage Nasal Rinse Packet: Ingredients: Sodium chloride. Ready: Make your choice of SaltPod or Nasal Rinse Packet to create a comfortable saline rinse. Set: Fill the water tank with warm distilled bottled water* to the fill line and mix the solution. Flow: Position to your nose and press Power, flushing out allergens, bacteria, mucus, and germs! * Only use the following types of water: Distilled or sterile bottled water. Boiled for 3-5 minutes (then cooled). Microfiltered to 0.2 microns.
