Krusteaz Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix

You will need: 2/3 cup milk. 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter). 1 egg. Tip! For cheddar cornbread, add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease baking pan. 2. Stir together milk, oil, egg and cornbread mix until moistened. Spoon batter into pan or fill muffin cups 2/3 full. 3. Bake as directed below or until light golden brown. For muffins, cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Cool completely and store in tightly covered container. Yield - 8x8x2 or 9x9x2-inch pan (metal or glass). Temperature - 400 degrees F. Bake time - 22-26 minutes. Yield - 24 mini muffins. Temperature - 400 degrees F. Bake time - 11-13 minutes. Yield - 12 standard muffins. Temperature - 400 degrees F. Bake time - 14-16 minutes. High altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons milk. Seize the What If™... Bacon & cheddar mini corn loaves. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare batter as directed, adding 1 cup drained, canned corn, 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup chopped green onion. Divide batter into three, lightly greased 5x3x2-inch mini loaf pans. Bake 23-27 minutes or until light golden brown. For muffins: Spoon batter batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes.
