General directions: shake well. Pour marinade into a separate container to prevent contamination. Inject deeply into meat at several points for even distribution. Use 1-2 oz. per injection. Fry, bake, or smoke. For turkey: inject 2 oz. of marinade deep into each of the following locations: 1 each in legs, 1 each in thighs, 4 in breast. (See illustration.) Cajun fried turkey: deep fry whole turkey at 300 degrees F for 4 min. per pound. Remove from oil, drain and let stand 20-25 min. before serving. Refrigerate after opening. Care & cleaning instructions: Wash injector and needle thoroughly before first use in hot, soapy water. Lubricate plunger seal with vegetable oil for ease of use. Wash plunger, syringe and needle thoroughly after each use in hot, soapy water. Dry all parts well and lubricate plunger seal prior to storage. Contents: one marinade injector.
