Store in a cool place. Best if used by the expiration date noted on carton. 3 quick and easy steps to visibly whiter teeth: Step 1: Carefully peel back foil and remove whitening tray from package. Step 2: Apply tray on upper teeth first and then lower teeth, pressing the tray gently to distribute gel around teeth. Leave trays in place for 30 minutes. Step 3: Start seeing results in as few as 3 days. For an even whiter smile, continue using for up to 7 days. If after 7 days you would like to whiten your teeth even more, use a second package of this whitening product and continue the process for another 7 days. Use every 6 months or as needed to keep your teeth looking whiter.
