Directions for Use: Heat the mask for 25 seconds in an 800W conventional microwave on maximum power, or for up to 15 seconds in a 900W+ conventional microwave. Do not use in a combination microwave oven (those with microwave and oven functions), as this may cause the mask to melt. Always check the temperature first before placing on closed eyes. If necessary, allow to cool for 1 minute, then check for temperature again before wearing. If further heat is needed, microwave for another 5 seconds. The Opti-Soothe Moist Heat Mask is also suitable for cold therapy to aid in reducing eye allergy symptoms, eye puffiness, and irritation from contact lens wear. To use, seal the mask in a plastic bag in the freezer for 30 minutes, then wear over closed eyes for 5-7 minutes. Step 1. Heat 25 sec. Step 2. Check. Step 3. Apply. Care: If the mask is exposed to food, oils, grease or other dirt, use a damp cloth to wipe and clean the surface. Avoid direct contact with water. After cleaning, allow to dry in air for 24 hours (minimum) before further use.

Do not heat for more than 30 seconds. The mask will stay hot for 10 minutes; if used again within 30 minutes, shorten the heating time by 10 seconds. For optimal results, apply the heated mask to closed eyes for 10 minutes each time (or as advised by your eye care professional). Precautions: For external use only. Use this mask only for its recommended purpose. Do not share your mask with other people. Avoid applying the mask to sensitive skin or to open wounds. Avoid using if you have: poor circulation, difficulty feeling sensation, diabetes, after recent eye surgery, or if you have a medical condition affecting the eyes or the skin around the eyes.
