Keep refrigerate. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Open bag; pull apart center seal. Mix cheese and breadcrumbs. Coat. Moisten meat with water. Place in bag, 1 piece at a time. Lightly press crumb mix onto both sides of meat to partially coat (mix will not completely coat meat). Sprinkle remaining mix over meat. Discard any unused crumb mix. Bake. Bake at 375 degrees F on center rack until cooked thoroughly. Do not cover or turn meat during baking. Special extra: Dip meat in beaten egg before coating. Use with chicken, pork or fish. Meat type - Boneless skinless chicken breast (about 2lbs). bake time (conventional oven) - At 375 degrees F 28-30 min (internal doneness temp 165 degrees F). Meat type: Bone-in/boneless pork chop (about 2-2.5lbs; 3/4 inch-thick). Bake time (conventional oven) - At 375 degrees F 24-26 min (internal doneness temp 150 degrees F). Meat type: Fish fillets (about 1.5lbs) (up to 1/2 inch-thick) (over 1/2 inch-thick). Bake time (conventional oven) - At 375 degrees F 13-15 min 15-18 min (internal doneness temp 145 degrees F). Product must be cooked thoroughly to the internal temperature listed in the above table for food safety. If using frozen meat, thaw before coating and prepare as directed.
