Must be cooked. Keep frozen. Cooking instructions:* cook from frozen. Thawing of the product is not recommended. Grill or barbeque: preheat to low heat (325 degrees F). Cook for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes on each side. Conventional oven: preheat to 400 degrees F. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Convection oven: preheat to 350 degrees F. Cook for 7 to 7 1/2 minutes on each side. Pan fry: in lightly oiled pan, Cook over low heat 4 to 4 1/2 minutes each side. * Oven temperatures and cooking times may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F. We strive to produce a fully "boneless " product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
