Marrowfat processed peas in water, with salt and sugar. Heating instructions: On the hob: 1. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently until thoroughly hot. 2. Stir at intervals but do not allow to boil as this will impair the flavour. Drain and serve. To microwave: (Based on 650W-850W). 1. Empty contents of the can into a bowl suitable for microwave cooking. 2. Cover and heat on high for about 2-2 1/2 minutes until peas are thoroughly hot but not boiling. 3. Stir halfway through heating. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Drain and serve. Microwave ovens vary the speed at which they heat food, so for best results you may need to adjust the heating time/power setting.
