Keep refrigerated. Marinated eye round. Cooking instructions: Conventional oven: 1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Remove product from the vacuum bag and place in a roasting pan. Finished product should be at least 146 degrees F for medium rare. Approximate cooking time is 1-1/2 hrs. 3. Check meat temperature after 1 - 1/2 hrs and every 10 minutes thereafter until center of roast reaches a minimum internal temperature of 146 degrees F. The meat will turn to a golden brown color. 4. After the desired doneness is reached, remove meat from oven and let rest for 10 min. Serving preparation: 1. Place roast onto cutting board and slice thin across the grain with a sharp knife. 2. Place the meat onto a plate and pour juices over the slices for added flavor. Leftovers can be served on top of salads or sautéed quickly with onions. *Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven.
