Ready in about 20 minutes. You will need: 1 lb. lean. ground beef. 2 - 1/4 cups water. Brown: 1 lb. lean ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Add: 2 - 1/4 cups water, seasoning and pasta. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover: Simmer and stir often until most of water is gone, about 8-10 min. Remove from heat. Cheese with Velveeta cheese sauce pouch. Stir in cheese sauce. Customize it! Top finished recipe with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
