Preparation: 1. Rinse 1 cup white long grain rice in mesh strainer. 2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan over medium. 3. Add rice to pan and toast for 3 minutes, or until slightly golden. 4. Add 1 seasoning pouch. Stir for 30 seconds, then add 2 cups low or no sodium broth (or water). 5. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. 6. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes. 7. Fluff rice with fork. Also great with brown rice or quinoa.
