Preparation: Pan Seared: * Bubby's Favorite. 1. Add 3-4 tbsp of oil to a nonstick pan and place frozen dumplings flat side down. 2. Pour in 1/2 cup of water over dumplings and cover the pan with a lid. 3. Turn the heat to medium-high and cook for 8 minutes covered. 4. Uncover and cook until the dumplings' flat side is golden and crispy. 5. checking occasionally to avoid burning. Steamed: Bring water to a rolling boil. Line steamer with parchment paper. Poke holes in paper to let steam through. Place frozen dumplings in steamer, cover, and steam for 12 minutes. Air Fried: Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place frozen dumplings spread out in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip, spray with oil again, and cook for another 5 minutes. Boiled: Bring water or broth to a rolling boil. Add frozen dumplings, stir, and boil for 7 minutes. Keep frozen.
