Directions

Preparation: Pan Seared. 1. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil to a nonstick pan and place frozen dumplings flat side down. 2. Pour in 1/2 cup of water over dumplings and cover the pan with a lid. 3. Turn the heat to medium-high and cook for 8 minutes covered. 4. Uncover and cook until the dumplings' flat side is golden and crispy, checking occasionally to avoid burning. Steamed. Bring water to a rolling boil. Line steamer with parchment paper. Poke holes in paper to let steam through. Place frozen dumplings in steamer, cover, and steam for 12 minutes. Air Fried. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place frozen dumplings spread out in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip, spray with oil again, and cook for another 5 minutes. Boiled. Bring water or broth to a rolling boil. Add frozen dumplings, stir, and boil for 7 minutes. Keep frozen.
