For best results, insert the Pop Up Timer into the thickest part of the breast (approximately 2 inch from the center). The Pop Up Timer should be angled at approximately 90 degrees so its top is flush with the surface of surrounding skin. The Pop Up Timer's red stem will pop up when the turkey is done. One time use; remove and discard.
