To Use: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F for turkeys, 325 degrees F for roasts. Coat bag inside with 2 tbsp of flour to keep it from bursting. Place seasoned raw turkey, meat, or fish inside the bag. Add vegetables and other ingredients called for in the recipe. Secure bag closed with an included zip tie. Place bag in a 2-4 inch deep pan, large enough for the entire bag, with room for expansion. Bag should not hang over the pan. Puncture 6 to 8 holes with a fork in the top of the bag. Insert a meat thermometer through the bag and into the meat to check temperature, if desired. Bake according to recipe. Keep bag away from oven racks, walls, and heating elements. For extra browning or crispiness, slit top of the bag open for the last 20-30 minutes of roasting. To serve, cut top of the bag open. Always support bag with the pan.
