Instructions: Boil 1 1/2 cups of water (or substitute chicken broth) with a dash of salt and 1 tsp. Sclafani olive oil. Remove from heat, add 1 cup Sclafani Couscous and stir gently. Cover and fet stand 3 minutes. Fluff with fork to separate grains. Serve hot or cold. Makes 5 servings.
