To Operate: Always attach hook to a secure ring on dog's collar. Always hold the leash by the handle, not the leash cord. The leash will run in and out freely without sagging. To Stop and Lock Leash: Press the brake button (large button). It is recommended to use the lock only when you want the dog to walk or heel. To Release Break Lock: Push the release button (small button). To Detach Leash From Collar: Make sure your dog is under control. Fully retract the leash before detaching it.
