How to Prepare: Stovetop: Saute frozen onions in up to 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cover; steam for about 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen onions into a covered microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To return highest quality and texture, do not overcook. Great Ways to Enjoy: Warm and serve as a side dish. Make a salsa. In a medium bowl, combine black beans, 1 bag of Stahlbush Super Sweet Corn, 3/4 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped green bell pepper, 1 drained 4-oz. can of diced jalapeno peppers, 1 drained 14.5-oz. can diced toratoes, 1 cup of Italian salad dressing and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt. Mix well; cover and refrigerate. Keep frozen. Store at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
